At Lofaz, we are committed to maintaining a safe, compliant, and trustworthy marketplace for all users. To ensure this, certain products and services are strictly prohibited from being listed, sold, or promoted on the platform.
This policy applies to all sellers using Lofaz and must be followed at all times.

2. General Restrictions
You may not list any product or service that:
- Violates any applicable law or regulation in India
- Requires licenses or approvals that you do not possess
- Is restricted for sale on online marketplaces
- Is deemed unsafe, harmful, or inappropriate by Lofaz
3. Prohibited Product Categories
- Weapons & Dangerous Items — Firearms, ammunition, explosives, knives intended as weapons, and related accessories.
- Drugs & Controlled Substances — Narcotics, prescription drugs without authorization, and any substance regulated under the NDPS Act.
- Wildlife & Animal Products — Protected wildlife, ivory, animal skins, or any product banned under wildlife protection laws.
- Adult & Obscene Content — Pornographic material, obscene content, or any product violating decency standards.
- Gambling & Lottery — Lottery tickets, gambling devices, or services related to betting and wagering.
- Counterfeit & Pirated Goods — Fake branded products, pirated software, movies, music, or any IP-infringing items.
- Hazardous Materials — Radioactive materials, toxic chemicals, flammable substances, and biohazardous items.
- Financial Instruments — Unauthorized financial products, pyramid schemes, or fraudulent investment opportunities.
4. Seller Responsibility
Sellers are responsible for ensuring that:
- All listed products comply with this policy
- Necessary licenses and approvals are obtained
- Listings are accurate, lawful, and safe
5. Enforcement
Lofaz reserves the right to:
- Remove any listing without prior notice
- Suspend or terminate seller accounts
- Take legal action where necessary
Certain products may also be restricted based on payment gateway, banking, or logistics partner policies.

This policy may be updated from time to time. Sellers are encouraged to review it regularly.
